PI08 drives the working status, and PI09 drives the link status.
Example:
PI08 outputs low level to turn on LED, and PI09 outputs high level to turn on LED.

PIO10 mask = (1<<10)=0x400
PIO port mask combination= (0x004 | 0x400)=0x404
