Selection Guide
TERMS
GUARANTEE -
Diversified Heat Transfer (DHT) products are guaranteed for one year only to the extent of furnishing new parts for any found
defective in manufacture. No claim for labor in replacing defective parts or for consequential damages will be allowed.
Replacement parts will be built in the usual way with invoice subject to adjustment aer defective material is examined at the
plant—no materials to be returned without written permission.
RETURNED GOODS -
Products furnished by Diversified Heat Transfer (DHT) must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to be returned.
Once an RGA number is received, the item can be shipped to Diversified Heat Transfer, 439 Main Rd. Rt 202, Towaco NJ 07082,
Attn: Warranty. All returns are subject to a deduction of twenty percent (20%) for handling. All transportation charges, including
freight and cartage, will be paid by shipper. Material made on special order or obsolete products are not subject to return.
FREIGHT TERMS -
Our responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. For your protection, please examine the shipment at
its arrival to ensure item is received in good order. In the event of any shortage or damage, have a full description made by the
transportation agent on the expense bill before signing.
RESERVED RIGHTS -
Diversified Heat Transfer reserves the right to make any changes in details of design, construction arrangement, or materials as
shall in its judgment create an improvement.
