youpurchasedtheproduct.

IfDiPrimaUSA,LLCauthorizesyoutoreturnyourproduct,DiPrimaUSA,LLCwillreplaceyourproductwithoutchargewitha
functionallyequivalentreplacementproduct.
HowDoesStateLawApply?
ThelawsoftheStateofTexas,USA,governthislimitedwarranty.Itgivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightsthatvaryfromstatetostate.Thislimitedwarrantydoesnotaffectanyadditionalrightsyouhaveunderlawsinyour
jurisdictiongoverningthesaleof
consumergoods,including,withoutlimitation,nationallawsimplementingECDirective99/44.
