Problem: PA/4000 feeds too many labels at a time and air assist will
not shut off.
Possible Cause: Cutter cable from applicator board to J11 on the circuit
board is not connected in the correct orientation.
ACTION: Make sure cables are connected as shown:
Problem: Label appear to be thrown off the tamp.
Possible Cause: Cutter cable from applicator board to J11 on the circuit
board is not connected in the correct orientation.
ACTION: Make sure cables are connected as shown:
Problem: After PA/4000 despenses a label, air assist will not shut off
for 5 seconds.
Possible Cause: Cutter cable from applicator board to J11 on the circuit
board is not connected in the correct orientation. Once
the air assist shuts off, the tamp cylinder applies the label
on the pad to the next product.
