5 Setting Up the Device
The Beetle A Series was developed for an in-house installation. The devices are designed to be
mounted on a stand (desktop version), or on the wall (wall mount version).
Set up the Beetle A Series system where it will not be exposed to extreme environmental conditions.
Protect the device from vibrations, dust, moisture, heat and strong magnetic fields.

5.1 Ergonomic Terminal Workplace
Please observe the following when setting up your terminal workplace:
1. Avoid direct glaring and reflective glaring.
Use the screen only in a controlled lumi-
nance surrounding.
2. Install the device with a viewing direction that
is parallel to the windows.
3. Avoid reflective glaring caused by electric
light sources.
4. Position the screen within a preferred and
permitted range of vision, so that you can
look onto the screen from above.
