These interfaces are enabled as shown per the factory default configuration:

TP37 -12V - Charge pump off of DC/DC regulator (U32)
TP38 +5V DC/DC regulator (U32) with 9-30VDC input
TP41 +3.3V DC/DC regulator (U35) with +5V input
