SO-DIMM pin #: Pin number assignment for signal
Signal: Pin name for each signal.
U/D: Indicates whether the pin has an internal pullup resistor or pulldown resistor.
• U — Pullup
• D— Pulldown
• Blank — Neither an internal pullup or pulldown resistor
OD (mA): The output drive of an output buffer.
I/O: Type of signal input (I), output (O), or input/output (I/O)
