Features
The purpose of the Data Collector is, basically, to listen in on
the Bluetooth piconet to which it is connected, and create a log
containing all the baseband packets transmitted between the
Bluetooth devices participating in the piconet. With the Data
Collector, you can:
• Capture all baseband packets transmitted within a
Bluetooth piconet – including packets that are normally not
visible for the host such as retransmitted packets – and
view the status of each packet (access error, packet
header error, etc.), estimated clock and hop frequency.
• Transmit and receive on a single user-defined frequency.
• Turn data whitening on and off.
• Select any specified hopping pattern: Europe/USA, Japan,
France, or Spain.
• Start/stop log sessions manually.
