RUNNING 16 ro 0x1 Current running status of FPGA clock output:
0: Clock is stopped or in normal mode (OK to
change configuration).
1: Clock is running in debug mode (Keep
configuration static).
CURR_VAL 15:0 ro 0x0 Current clock throttle counter value, which
indicates the number of clock pulses output so far
(only accurate when halted).
