Battery 1. Open the battery cover. 2. Load the battery 3. Close the battery cover. Note: Please download your images from your camera to your computer before removing the battery. Otherwise your images will be lost. Caution: Only use size AAA alkaline batteries. Batteries may leak or explode if handled improperly. Remove batteries from the camera if you are going to store the camera for extended periods of time. Do not disassemble batteries. Do not expose batteries to flames or excessive heat.
Software Installation Please put the CD-Rom into the CD-ROM drive of your computer, the following dialog box will be displayed: 1. Install software 2. View User manual 3. Exit Note For the details on using PhotoImpression and Digital Dream Video Mail, please refer to the help files within those programs. If the CD-Rom does not automatically start: 1. Place the CD into your CD-ROM drive. 2. Click the Windows “Start” button and click on “RUN” 3. Enter E:\run.
Using your Camera 1. Press Mode button to switch the camera on, the LCD at the back of the camera will display. 2. Pop up the Viewfinder to focus on your desired object. 3. Hold the camera steady, and press the shutter button to take a photo. 4. When you hear the buzzer beeps once, it will confirm that you have taken a photo, and you can go on taking more photos after this. 5.
Continuous Shot Mode 1. Press the Mode button until “Ct” is displayed on the LCD. 2. Press and hold the shutter button within 5 seconds to activate, if you release the shutter button the recording will stop. 3. The camera will beep once for each photo taken until the shutter button is released or the memory is full. Note: The photos under continuous shooting modes will be saved as an AVI file. You can play them directly from the download software.
Hi-Lo Resolution Press the mode button until the LCD displays “Hr” and press the shutter button to select. You can take up to 20 images in High resolution. Press the mode button until the LCD displays “Lr” and press the shutter button to select. You can take up to 80 images in Low resolution. Note: You are not limited in taking photos in either Hi or Lo resolution. It is possible to switch between modes. Downloading from the camera 1.
Function buttons (From left to right): Download Photos: Download photos from your camera Transfer Photos: Transfer photos to your album Save: Save photo(s) Select all: Select all photos in the dialog box Edit: Edit the picture 2. Press [Download photo] button, the images will be displayed on the control panel. You can download all or single photos according to your requirements.
