Problem
InfoServer system does
not boot fully.
CD ROM drive does not
accept a disc.
Solution
Follow
suggestions for when the InfoServer system does not
recognize an installed SCSI drive.
Check for the following conditions:
• Power to the drive is present.
• Drive is empty.
• Drive is seated properly.
• Disc is properly inserted into a CD disc caddy.
CD ROM drive does not Depress the ejection button longer. Check for the following
return a disc. conditions:
• Drive is not empty.
• Drive is seated properly.
