Reset Header J16
15.1 Description
Theresetheaderislocatedjustabovetheterminalstripontherightsideofthecircuitboardandisused
toresettheXT30/XT50microprocessor.Toresetthepanelwhenrstinstallingthesystem,installthereset
jumperbeforeapplyingpowertothepanel.AfterconnectingtheACandbattery,removetheresetjumper.
To reset the panel while the system is operational, for example, prior to reprogramming, install the reset
jumperwithoutpoweringdownthesystem.Removetheresetjumperafteroneortwoseconds.
Afterresettingthepanel,beginprogrammingwithin30minutes.Ifyouwaitlongerthan30minutes,reset
the panel again.
