If no sessions are selected, all details will be displayed.
The following detailed information is provided:
 Date and Time of action
 User that performed the operation
 IP address the user was logged from
 Activity the action performed
 Description the details of action performed
 View it ability to view the action performed. Can be done for Camera Operations:
 Watching Live/Archive, Exporting Video: the exact camera will be opened and played back on the exact position
 Device Modification: Device Settings will be shown)
The following operations are possible:
 Filter. Type a filter criteria in the Search textbox on the top. Select the desired period in From and till fields. Finally
it is possible to show/hide specific action types.
 Update data. The data might have been changed since the form is opened. To update it click Refresh.
 Export. To do it:
1. Select the desired records from the left or right table (see above for multi-selection tips)
2. Open Context Menu and choose one of the following:
 Copy Selection to Clipboard to be able to paste it to any desirable program (like Microsoft Excel or Google
Docs)
 Export Selection to File... to export data to html or csv file. It will be necessary to set file location and name in
the dialog and click Save.
Layout Management
Layouts are a powerful and flexible way to represent video data in DW Spectrum. Layout can contain an unlimited
number of videos: Cameras, Local videos or Images, which are not restricted in terms of location, size or orientation.
Initially, Layout is created and configured by Administrator. It can then be assigned to Viewers. Viewers can create its
own Layouts based on the available Resources (Devices and Local files).
The following Layout Management actions are described in this section:
 Creating New Layout
 Setting up Layouts
 Assigning Layouts to Users (Admin Only)
 Deleting Layouts (Admin Only)
 Opening and Closing Saved Layouts.
