12.8 E-mail
Pivot Pro notifies you of events by email. This option enables you to configure the details
regarding which events cause email notifications.
- Enable E-mail Alarm: Check it to receive a notification through email.
12.8.1 General
You can configure details in regard to sending email with this option.
• Send User: Input the name for Display Name and the email address for E-Mail
Address to be displayed when Pivot Pro 2008 sends an email.
• Primary SMTP Setting: Input details for Host Address, Port number, User
Name, and Password. You can test by clicking on Test button whether the
information is correctly inputted.
• Use Secondary SMTP: Check it to be alternate for Primary SMTP Server in case of
primary SMTP server NOT working.
