IP Configuration Commands
set-bootp
Usage:
set-bootp {enable|disable}
This command enables or disables BootP.
get-slip
This command retrieves the current SLIP address.
get-slip-cfg
This command retrieves the current SLIP configuration.
set-slip
Usage:
set-slip
<IPaddress>
This command sets the SLIP address, see set-ip above for more information.
set-slip-cfg
Usage:
set-slip-cfg
<IPaddress> <netmask> <broadcast>
This command sets the SLIP configuration. The arguments are similar to the set-ip-
cfg arguments.
get-gatew
Shows the default gateway. This command shows which default route will be used to
access a different IP network.
set-gatew
Usage:
set-gatew
<IPaddress>
Sets the default gateway IP address. This command lets you specify the address of the
router used to access a different IP network . The default value for the default gateway
IP address is 0.0.0.0.
