Software Update

Restore Default

When updating your rmware, you will be asked for the PIN. Your default PIN is 0000.

It is recommended to update the software of the product regularly. For the latest firmware, please visit our

website written on the last page of this manual.

1. Download the latest rmware from the customer support website.

2. Copy the update les into your USB memory.

3. Select the Software Update menu and press the OK button.

4. Enter 4-digit PIN code. The default PIN is 0000.

5. Insert the USB memory into one of the USB slots and wait untill the USB is detected.

6. Select the YES and press the OK button to start the software update.

7. The system will be turned off after completing the update.

You can restore your product to the default settings by using Restore Default. When restoring to the default

settings, you will be asked for the PIN. The default PIN is 0000.

Warning: Please note that once you perform Restore Default, all data such as Service List and user congured

data will be cleared. However, information and les on the HDD will not be cleared.

For the maintenance of your product, this menu provides functions such as software update and restore default.

1. Press the Menu button.

2. Select Others using

◀/▶/▲/▼

button and press the OK button.

3. Select Maintenace using the

▲/▼

button and press the OK button.

1. DO NOT TURN OFF THE MAINS POWER WHILE UPDATING.

2. Please contact customer support if the update failed.

Over-Air Download is the main method of up-grading your product after 30 June, 2010.
