4. This will open the Add Unit Size window.

5. Select the Unit Size field and type in a
description.
6. Select the Square Feet field and type in the
actual floor feet.
7. Select the Height field and type in the actual
unit height.
8. Select the Price field and type in the actual unit
rental price.
9. Click on OK to accept and add new information
or Cancel to discard the information entered.
10. To edit an existing Unit Size , Select the record
you want to edit in the Modify Unit Sizes
window. Figure 2-73, Page 2-37.
11. Click on the Edit Button.
12. This will open the Edit Unit Size window.

13. Follow steps 6 through 9.
14. To delete a Unit Size Code , Select the record
you want to delete in the Modify Unit Sizes
window. Figure 2-73, Page 2-37.
15. Click on the Delete button. You will be asked
to confirm by the Confirm window.

16. Click on Yes in the Confirm window to delete
the Unit Size.
