Troubleshooting
Fixture does not illuminate
• See ‘System Diagram’ and installaon guides of all components. Ensure
the system is wired correctly.
• Verify polaries are correct.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure the driver and xture have the same voltage speciaons (12V
& 12V, or 24V & 24V).
Fixture does not dim
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure a compable 0-10V control is installed.
• Verify Purple (V+) and Gray (V-) data wires connected to 0-10V control
are not swapped.
Fixture dims but does not turn o
• Verify if the 0-10V control requires an addional power pack (relay
switch) to turn the xture on/o.
• Ensure not to mix & match power packs and dimmers from dierent
manufacturers.
There is a delay when dimmer is switched o
• This is normal when loading the driver with small loads. To reduce any
switching delays, install a larger load on the driver.
Fixture is quickly ashing or ickering
• Verify a compable 0-10V control is installed.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure all connecons are properly secured.
Fixture is slowly ashing
• Ensure driver is not overloaded. An overloaded driver will cause the
internal auto-reset to trip repeatedly.
Prior to troubleshoong, ensure a compable system is installed. Verify compable xtures, drivers, controls and addional components were specied
correctly.
