TROUBLESHOOTING

• LED lights do not light up or xture does not emit correct colors: Make sure all connections are correct and secure (check for

backwards polarity) and your compatible DC12V~DC24V constant voltage power supply is connected to 120V AC power. The lead

wires of the xture should be stripped properly so the copper wires make direct contact with the Wi-FI LED Controller terminal block. Be

sure a 12V DC driver is powering 12V DC xtures or a 24V DC driver is powering 24V DC xtures. Mixing and matching different voltage

power supplies and xtures will result in incorrect light output and permanent damage to your LED xtures.

• Lights are ickering: Check that you have a compatible DC12V~DC24V constant voltage power supply rated to power the attached

load. Our Magnetic Dimmable Drivers are not compatible with this product. Also, make sure all connections are secure.
