WARNING:

• Do not operate adjustable bottom when using detach-

able base with rear-facing installation.

• Only use adjustable bottom to position forward-facing

restraint at a more reclined angle.

Fig. 1 shows operation of

adjustable base.

Adjustable bottom must be

operated before installation of

restraint.

Restraint must be locked in its

unfolded position before

operating adjustable bottom.

Lowering adjustable

bottom:

1. Pull bar upward. (Fig. 2)

2. Pull adjustable bottom out

to its lowered position, then

release bar. (Fig. 3)

3. Conrm adjustable bottom

is lock in its lowered posi-

tion.

Raising adjustable bottom:

1. Pull bar upward. (Fig. 2)

2. Push adjustable bottom

back into restraint bottom,

then release bar. (Fig. 4)

3. Conrm adjustable bottom

is locked in its raised

position.
