Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Possible Solution
Vacuum won’t run 1. Power cord not firmly
plugged into outlet.
1. Plug unit in firmly.
2. No voltage in wall plug. 2. Check fuse or breaker in home.
3. Blown fuse or tripped
breaker.
3. Replace fuse/reset breaker in home.
4. Thermal Protector
activated.
4. Unplug and allow vacuum to cool for 30min. (This willl
reset the thermal protector)
Dust escaping from
vacuum
1. Dust Bag is full. 1. Replace dust bag.
2. Dust Bag is not installed
correctly.
2. Review Dust Bag removal & replacement.
3. Hose not installed correctly. 3. Review Hose installation.
4. Rinsable Exhaust Filter not
installed completely.
4. Review Rinsable Exhaust Filter Removal and Cleaning.
Vacuum tools won’t
pick-up
1. Hose clogged. 1. Remove hose and tools; remove obstruction.
2. Dust bag is full. 2. Replace dust bag.
3. Rinsable Exhaust Filter is
clogged.
3. Remove rinsable exhaust filter and clean.
