Commitment to Quality
Merola Tile commits to providing customers with Grade 1, First-Quality tile products that meet or
exceed ANSI 137.1 – 2012 for porcelain and ceramic tile, and ANSI A137.2:2013 for glass tile.
If any Merola Tile product is proven to contain a manufacturing defect, Merola Tile will provide full
replacement of the product, of same or comparable type and color. Merola Tile must be notied
with any manufacturing defect claims as soon as possible after purchase, but no later than one year
after purchase. No claims will be accepted for tile already installed.
Merola Tile ensures that dye lots will be consistent within each order, but cannot guarantee
matching dye lots over multiple orders.
Merola Tile makes no guarantee in relation to installation, including, but not limited to:
suitability of a tile for a particular use, wear and tear due to improper installation, and any other
defects caused by improper installation procedures. Installation costs of any kind are not covered
by this agreement.
Merola Tile specically excludes liability for consequential or incidental damages, except where
exclusion of consequential damage is not permitted by state law.
This limited warranty shall constitute the full extent of Merola Tile’s liability and is in place of all
other warranties, express or implied.
