Safety Switch
The safety switch in the tank is
designed to cut o power to the
indoor casette unit when the water reaches a certain height. The
condensate tank must be installed level to ensure proper operation. Once
the switch is triggered, the red LED will illuminate to alert the user. The
CLEARVUE MINI safety switch can be wired following these diagrams that
are generic to the manufacturer. Should your manufacturer require other
wiring, please follow their instructions or consult them for help.
In order for the pump to eciently and eectively remove condensate
it must be able to pump the uid without unnecessary resistance. If the
tubing is kinked or forced through a hole smaller than its outside diameter,
the pump will struggle to remove condensate or may not be able to
remove condensate at all.
Check to verify:
• The tubing is not bent or kinked, inhibiting ow
• The tubing is not being forced through a hole smaller than its diameter
