Even with regular vacuuming soil particles, oil and dirt
can cling to the carpet fibers. With foot traffic, these
particles and oily dirt are drive deep into the carpet.
Lowe’s Extended Carpet Warranties require professional
hot water extraction at least as frequently as every 24
months from the date of purchase. Periodic cleaning,
using the hot water extraction method performed
by a professional carpet cleaner will refresh carpet
appearance.

Consequential or Incidental Damages
Lowe’s EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER
THESE WARRANTIES. This includes any loss, expense,
or damage other than to the carpet itself that may result
from a defect in the carpet. Including, without limitation,
trip charges, delivery delays, extra handling, and labor
involved in bordering or sculpturing. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
All implied warranties which may arise by implication
of law or application of course of dealing or usage of
trade, including but not limited to, implied warranties
of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose
are expressly excluded. There are not warranties which
extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

General Terms and Conditions
• If you have a problem with your carpet and you believe
it is covered by one or more of the limited warranties set
forth in the preceding pages, please contact the Lowes
store where you purchased your carpet.
• These limited warranties apply only to wall-to-wall
carpet installed in the U.S. or in Canada. Only first
quality carpet (not seconds or irregulars) which
meets unparalleled construction and performance
specifications can earn the name STAINMASTER
®
carpet
and be covered under these limited warranties. No cash
refunds will be offered.
• Coverage applies to an owner-occupied residence, and
to all STAINMASTER
®
carpet purchased by the tenant
and installed in the portion of a rental dwelling occupied
by such tenant. Timeshare dwellings are specifically
excluded. If the carpet is removed from the home or
office, these limited warranties will be deemed null and void.
• Warranty coverage is transferable to subsequent
owner-occupiers only in owner-occupied residences.
The original homeowner must contact INVISTA’s
STAINMASTER
®
Consumer Care and provide original
receipts documenting the purchase and the carpet has
been maintained every 24 months using the hot water
extraction method of cleaning. This documentation
