If this setting is enabled, the station can not make an intercom call by dialing a station number. Under this
condition, the Key Phone still can press a Flexible Key to make an intercom call or the Key Station or
Analogue phones can call a station using the "Single Digit" feature.

If this function is disabled then stations will not be able to make intercom calls outside their own station group
(Form 41-st-01). This parameter is for use in tenant arrangements where each company wishes to remain
totally separate although some stations can still be allowed this function, for instance a shared Receptionist.
