25-04 : VRS/DISA Transfer Ring Group With No Answer/Busy
Description
Use Program 25-04 : VRS/DISA Transfer Ring Group With No Answer/Busy to set the operat-
ing mode of each VRS/DISA trunk. This sets what happens to the call when the DISA or Auto-
mated Attendant caller calls a busy or unanswered extension. The call can either disconnect (0) or
Transfer to an alternate destination (a ring group or voice mail). When setting the DISA and DID
Operating Mode, you make an entry for each Night Service mode.
