Printer Installation

Set the paper holder into the printer�

Set the seal on the paper (→PULL) in the same

direction as show on the right�

While pressing the paper holder, rotate

the paper in the direction of the arrow and

advance the leading edge until the buzzer

beeps�

The ashing LED (orange) turns off.

Set the scrap box and close the front cover�

You can change the paper width of the paper holder (DP-DS820 Series only)�

Move the ange by rotating the paper holder while pulling the nob as shown in the gures to

switch between A4 and 8 inch widths� Reverse the procedure to change from 8 inch width to

A4 width� Use both paper holders set to the same width�

The DP-DS820 Series cannot print when the scrap box has been removed�

If the front cover is closed when there is no scrap box, the scrap box missing error will occur

and the ERROR LED (red) will ash.

Always set the scrap box in the printer� Otherwise foreign objects and dust may enter the

printer and affect print quality�
