LADDER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Tools & Materials Required:
8mm wrenches or sockets
10mm wrenches or sockets
Phillips screwdriver
IMPORTANT:
Assemble the ladder completely before securing to
the dock surface.
LADDER ASSEMBLY:
1. Insert Step C into Upper Hand Rails A and Lower
Assembly B.
2. Fasten using 5/16” x 4
3
4” Carriage Bolts D, 3/8” x 2” Sleeves E,
5/16” Washers F and 5/16” Lock Nuts G.
3. Attach J-Hooks M to rear of Upper Hand Rails A using 6mm x 1

Phillips Pan Head Screws H, 1/2” Washers I and 6mm Lock Nuts L.
Tighten securely.
4. Tighten all remaining nuts and bolts before securing ladder to dock.
CAUTION: Failure to follow proper
installation instructions may lead to
product failure and personal injury.
Ladder must be mounted flush with
the dock face board as per illustration.
Regularly inspect for wear or damage. Replace
as necessary. DO NOT EXCEED THE LADDERS’
MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 350 lb. (159 kg.)

DOCK OR PONTOON BOAT INSTALLATION:
1. Hold assembled ladder in the desired positon on your
pontoon boat or dock.
2. Place U Bracket N over J-Hooks and mark holes.
3. Secure U Bracket using 6mm x 2

8” Phillips Pan Head
Screws J, 1
1
2” Washers K and 6mm Lock Nuts L as
shown in top inset diagram.
4. Make sure ladder is mounted flush with dock face board
as shown in bottom inset diagram.
