Inserting the UIM
1 Remove the back cover.
• Slide the back cover in the direction ② ,
pushing it in the direction ①.
2 Remove the battery pack
(P.28), and hold the tab to
pull out the tray.
3 Place the UIM on the tray,
setting the IC surface on the
downside.
4 Insert the tray to the end.
Removing the UIM
1 Remove the back cover and
the battery pack.
2 Hold the tab to pull out the
tray, then remove the UIM.
NOTE
Do not force the UIM when inserting/
removing it. The UIM may be damaged.
microSD Card
A microSD card can be used with any other
compatible devices.
 The FOMA terminal supports a microSD
card of up to 2 GB, and a microSDHC card
of up to 32 GB (as of March 2011).
