Getting Started 29
If you start charging when the battery pack
is empty, you may not be able to power ON
the FOMA terminal for a while.
Do not charge for a long time
(several days).
If you carry on charging the FOMA terminal
after it has been fully charged, the battery
pack will start supplying power to the FOMA
terminal. This will reduce the actual usage
time and deplete the battery. If this
happens, please charge it again correctly.
Before recharging, remove the FOMA
microUSB Adapter N01 for charging or
microUSB cable for PC connection (sample)
from the FOMA terminal and then
reconnect.
Charging time (estimate)
Charging time is an estimate of the time
required to charge a completely empty
battery pack while the FOMA terminal is
powered off.
Usage time (estimate)
The usage times (estimate) of a fully charged
battery are shown below. The usage time
varies depending on the usage conditions
and the condition of the battery pack. For
details, see "Main Specifications" (P.168).
Battery pack life
Use the Battery Pack N27 for the N-04C.
The battery pack is a consumable
accessory. The usage time of the battery
per 1 charge decreases gradually each
time the battery is recharged.
When the usage time from 1 charge
becomes about half of a new battery pack,
the life of the battery pack is assumed to
be almost over. We recommend that you
replace the battery ahead of time.
