Warranty
We vouch for a two-year warranty to the following extent:
1 During the warranty period, complaints being based on faults in materials or
workmanship will be rectified free of charge. We reserve the right to do such
rectification by repair, replacement of faulty parts or exchange into an
equivalent flawless product.
2 When utilising the warranty, the optical device should be sent together with
the proof of purchase, stating the address and name as well as the date of
sale at your dealer, and a description of the existing complaint to the
competent DOCTER agency on own account.
3 There shall be no claims for warranties in case of improper treatment as
well as interventions and repairs by any service firm not authorised by our
company.
4 This warranty shall not apply to signs of wear, wear parts, and other
accessories. This shall also be applicable to various damages to the
surface of the product.
We shall assume no liability for any further direct or indirect damages, no matter of
what type and extent such damages are. The law of the Federal Republic of
Germany shall apply. Legal venue shall be Jena.
