Offline translation setup instructions
In order for the offline translation to work, you have to set up the device first, following
these steps:
1. Connect to Wi-Fi. Please note that in order for the setup to work, you need to connect
to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (2G). If you connect to a 5Ghz Wi-Fi (5G) you will not be able to
download the latest firmware of the offline languages.
2. Download the latest firmware. It is possible that the device comes with the latest
firmware.
3. Download the offline languages you want to use. Please note that English is always
present on the device and there is no need to download it. It is also possible that your
device will come with the offline languages already downloaded.
4. If you are unable to download the languages, please check your Wi-Fi connection. It is
possible that you have selected a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection instead of a 2.4 GHz
