Suggested Shutter Installation Instructions

1. Parts included with your order:

• 2 shutters

• 10 fasteners (5 for each shutter)

• 10 wall anchors (5 for each shutter)

2. Gather required tools:

• Pencil or pen

• Tape measure

• Hammer

• Drill

• Phillips bit

• 1/16” bit and 1/4" bit

3. Read all instructions before proceeding. Then determine location of shutters on wall, spacing as desired.

4. Hold one shutter at a time in the desired location, and use 1/16” bit to pre-drill 5 holes through each

shutter AND into the wall. Optimal hole locations may vary depending on your specific project.

5. Set shutters aside for a moment, and use 1/4” bit to drill into holes in the wall from the previous step. This will widen the holes in the wall sufficiently to accept wall anchors. 6. Use a hammer to lightly tap all 10 wall anchors into holes until flush with the surface of the wall. 7. Final step: Hold shutters so holes align with wall anchors, and use Phillips bit to install fasteners into wall anchors.
