5. ONE BASEMENT AIR CONDITIONER PLUS ONE

GAS FURNACE

To configure one basement air conditioner plus one

gas furnace, all Dip switches are OFF. 115VAC,

12VDC, two thermostat wires from the furnace and

telephone cable communications line are properly

connected to the air conditioner electronic control box.

NOTE: If a remote sensor is used, it must be plugged

into the P4 (white) connector.

Improper connections can cause

component damage.

Typical installation for one com-

fort zone with basement air and

one furnace. Comfort control may

serve as a room temperature

sensor, or a remote sensor may

be used.
