Gas operation
Operation using gas is prohibited in petrol stations.
The refrigerator must exclusively be operated using liquid gas
(propane, butane).
Gas operation is selected in the following circumstances:
No supply voltage available.
The vehicle engine is not running.
Supply voltage less than 200V, or battery voltage less than 11V
When the system chooses LP-Gas operation, the flame failure device is automatically
opened, allowing gas to flow to the burner. At the same time, the electronic igniter is
energized.
If the flame is blown out (by a gust of wind, for example), the reigniter responds
immediately and reignites the gas.
After initial installation, servicing, or changing gas cylinders etc., the gas pipes
may contain some air that should be allowed to escape by briefly turning on the
refrigerator or other gas appliances e.g. cooker. This will ensure that the flame
lights immediately.
