It is not suitable as a means of freezing foods. When ambient temperatures are lower than +10°C and the refrigerator is exposed to these temperatures for extended periods of time, an even regulation of freezer temperature cannot be guaranteed for systemrelated reasons.

If the door is shut in this position, a small gap is nevertheless kept open to prevent formation of mildew. Ice cubes are best frozen overnight. At night, the refrigerator has less work to do and the unit has more reserves.
