Use, maintenance and installation instructions
STANDARDS FOR A SAFE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AND CORRECT DISPOSAL
Each organisation must apply procedures in order to nd, evaluate and control the inuence
of their activities (production, products, services, etc.) on the environment.
The procedures to be followed to identify signicant impacts on the environment must take
the following factors into account:
– Use of raw materials and natural resources
– Emissions into the atmosphere
– Discharge of liquids
– Waste management and recycling
– Contamination of the ground
The Manufacturer supplies information that aim at reducing the environmental impact: it
must be taken into consideration and observed by all those who work with the equipment
throughout its life.
– All the packs must be disposed of (preferably recycled) in compliance with the national
laws in force in the country where they are disposed of.
– During the installation of the equipment make sure that in the location there is a suitable
air exchange in order to avoid the concentration of unhealthy air for the operators.
– All the product components must be disposed of (preferably recycled) in compliance with
the national laws in force where they are disposed of.
– For a correct disposal the equipment should be sent to an authorised waste disposal
company in order to ensure the re-use of recyclable components and a suitable disposal
of the remaining parts.
– When the equipment is used and serviced, do not discharge polluting products to the
environment (oil, grease, etc.).
– During use and maintenance, do not disperse pollutants into the environment (oils,
greases, etc.) and make sure they are disposed of separately according to the composition
of the various materials and in compliance with current laws in that regard. Electrical and
electronic components should be disposed of as special waste.
– Keep noise levels down to reduce noise pollution.
