• This appliance is intended for household use only. It
can only be used for toasting bread.
• The cord is short to prevent accidents (for example
tripping over the cord). Be careful when using an
extension cord.
• Never use a fork or any other sharp, metal object to
clean the toaster or to remove bread from the toaster,
especially when the plug is still in the socket.
• The toaster is only intended for toasting bread. Do not
toast any other foods in the toaster.
• Do not leave the toaster unattended when it is
connected to the power supply.
• Make sure that the voltage stated on the rating label
on the appliance corresponds with the voltage of your
power supply.
• Do not touch the toaster or the plug with wet hands.
• Always unplug the toaster by pulling the plug itself.
Never pull the cord.
• Always unwind the cord completely and completely
remove it from the cord storage before using the
toaster.
• Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Take the
appliance to a service center for repairs.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or
counter top and do not let it come into contact with
hot surfaces.
• Only use the toaster with its crumb tray in place.
• The crumb tray needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid
the risk of re.
