The red on/off light will light up and the machine will start to warm up. Select the desired temperature by turning the temperature regulator.

Whisk the 4 egg yolks. Pour in the milk. Add the yeast to the mixture and whisk it in until the yeast has dissolved. Add the water to the mixture. Add a pinch of salt to the 600g of flour (sifted) and add the flour to the batter. Whisk the batter until it is smooth.

Ujistěte se, že kolem přístroje máte dostatek prostoru pro dobrý odvod tepla a ventilaci. Pokud je to nutné, můžete pečící desky otřít vlhkou utěrkou. Přístroj udržujte vždy čistý (viz. kapitola „Čištění a údržba“) Pečící plochy lehce potřete rostlinným olejem. Zavřete přístroj. Zapojte zástrčku do zásuvky.
