Plaats de steen met de glanzende kant en met de overlooprandjes naar boven. Leg zeker geen koude steen op een reeds voorverwarmd toestel. Laat het toestel minimaal 10 minuten en maximaal 30 minuten voorverwarmen tot je merkt dat de steen en de grillplaat voldoende warm zijn om op te bakken.
