Power-off
Hold MFB for 3s(LED1 and LED3 will be solid white for 2s).
Power-on
Hold MFB for 1s(Three LEDs will blink white three times in sync).

When calling, hold MFB for 1s to switch audio output between
earphone and cellphone.

Multi-point Connectivity
Three-way Calling & Switch
Method 1: refer How to Connect to build connectivity with phone1.
On cellphone, turn off Bluetooth connectivity and earphone will
auto trigger pairing mode. On phone2, search for Q11 and tap
to connect. On phone1, search for Q11 and tap to finish
multi-point connectivity.
Method 2: refer How to Connect to build connectivity with phone1
then hold both Vol+and Vol- together to trigger pairing mode.
On phone2, search for Q11 and tap to connect. On phone1,
search for Q11 and tap to finish multi-point connectivity.
1. Tap MFB to answer incoming call from phone1(LED 1 and
LED 3 blink promptly). If another call is coming from phone2
in sync, tap MFB to put the first call on hold while activate the
second one.
2. When calling, double tap MFB to switch between active
call and held call.
Skip Track
When playback, hold Vol+/- to skip track forward/backward.
Pause/Play
When playing music, tap MFB to pause and tap again to
resume playing.

How to Wear

Tips
1. Please read this manual carefully prior to using the
device and keep the manual properly.
2. For the first time use, please fully power up both
cellphone and charger.Low battery of charger will
cause red LED solid of the charger or the charger
can not power up for earphone. So please power
up the charger before using.
3. Please be sure that your Bluetooth earphone is in
"pairing mode", if it can not be spotted by cellphone.
As the device will exit "pairing mode", if unpaired or
unconnected for a long time. You may need to set
it to "pairing mode" again. Supposing any program
error occurs in cellphone or this device, please restart
cellphone or this device, or reset this device to factory setting.
4. White LED will be solid during charging while off once
fully charged, the charging process will last about
2 hours.(Bad contact caused by improper operation
or other reasons may switch off white LED even when
charging, which results in incomplete charge. So
please plug in the charger properly and keep stable
charging until white LED is off.)
Caveats
1.Never disassemble or modify your headset for any
reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
2.Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures
(under 0℃ or over 45℃).
3.Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children
or animals.
4.Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid
irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
5.Do not use harsh chemicals or strong deterge nts to
clean the headset.
6.Keep the headset dry.
Notes: Please arrange using time properly since your
hearing may be damaged by using the device for along
time.
