6 Adjusting Sticky Caps on the V1 Remote Control

If one or more caps are getting stuck when pressed, the following procedure should be followed

for each of the sticky caps:

♦ Pull the cap to its normal position and try to identify which of the sides is too close to the edge of

the lexan.

♦ Pull the cap out using a big enough plier with a good grip.

♦ File the cap from the side(s) that are too close to the edge by moving the cap back and forth on a

file.

♦ Put the cap back in place and push it from both side.

♦ Repeat the preceding steps until the cap no longer gets stuck.
