9.3 Labeling
Complete return documents and a correct labeling allow for fast processing.
Please make sure that each package includes a delivery note. The delivery note
should contain the following information:
• Number of devices or components per package.
• Product numbers, serial numbers, specifications.
• Name and address of your company / contact person.
• Reason for return, e.g. repair exchange.
• Meaningful and detailed error description.
Returns from countries outside the European Union require a customs invoice stating
the real customs value.
Some countries (e.g. Switzerland) require a preference.
