When you need urgent help
Emergency help is never far away. One touch of the Doro Assistance But-
ton alerts everyone in your network that support is urgently needed.
When you run out
More milk, pick up dry cleaning, put the bins out…a little extra help is al-
ways nearby. Anyone in your network can create a shared To Do List; reas-
suring for you if you need a helping hand. Doro Connect & Care
®
already
comes preinstalled in your new Doro phone so it’s here ready to go. It is
easy for your family too, they just need to download the Doro Connect &
Care
®
app on to their phone and together you can select and set up your
circle of care. For more information on how to do this, see www.doro.com.
The Doro Connect & Care
®
service is completely free of charge for the
first year. After the first year, there is a monthly fee.
How to use the Connect & Care
®
service on your Doro
phone
Activate the Doro Connect & Care
®
the first time
1. When your Carer admin has setup the Doro Connect & Care
®
service
you will receive a message on your Doro phone asking Would you
like to join the Doro Connect & Care?
2. Press Yes.
3. You will then after a short while receive a second message on your
Doro phone asking you to confirm that you want to join the contact
list.
4. Press Yes.
5. The Doro Connect & Care
®
service is now activated on your Doro
phone. You can verify that Doro Connect & Care
®
is activated by
pressing Menu
and you will now see the new option Help request
.

quest help or assistance:
