Note! In order to use some of the features of Connect & Care, either the
Doro 8035 user or the helper needs to have a Care service subscription
with Doro. Connect & Care can override the normal assistance button
behaviour.
Getting started Install the application
Create account on the Doro 8035
1. From the Home screen, tap My applications to get to
My applications Doro Connect & Care.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account setup.
Install the application on the helper’s device
1. Go to
Play Store or App Store.
2. Install the
Doro Connect & Care helper application to the helper's
device.
Note! You can also use this method to update your Connect and Care
app to the latest version.
Connect a helper to the Doro 8035
The request can be sent from either the 8035 user’s or the helper’s
device.
Send a connection request
1. From the
Doro Connect & Care, open Contacts (available
through the menu key
if not visible on screen).
2. Tap Add Contacts and select the contact from the contact list on
your phone.
3. Once the request has been sent from either you or a helper, it needs
to be accepted by the other person.
