2. Tap the pending invitation to connect. (Tapping the menu key is
equivalent to immediately accept the invitation.
3. Accept or Decline the contact request.
4. After accepting a contact request, select to share information with
the contact or not (this option is only available on the Doro 8035
and only if a Care service subscription exists).
5. When done, tap

Note! Even when the Doro 8035 user selects to share information with a
helper, only the information available within the Doro Connect & Care
application is shared. Through the remote setup interface the current
value for some settings can also be shared, but personal information on
the Doro 8035, that is not stored inside the Connect & Care application,
is still personal.
Open a contact profile
1. From the
Doro Connect & Care, open Contacts (available
through the menu key
if not visible on screen).
2. Tap the contact in the contact list to open their profile.
Remote setup
Getting started — Enable remote setup
In the helper's phone
1. Press the senior tab in
Doro Connect & Care.
2. Tap Remote setup.
3. Tap
Settings access request (only needed if Care service sub-
scription already exists).
In the Doro 8035
1. From the
Doro Connect & Care, open Notifications (available
through the menu key
if not visible on screen).
Accept or Decline the remote setup offer.
