2. Tap Remote setup to change settings on the Doro 8035 or Phone
status to see some phone information about the Doro 8035.
Note! Changing settings on the Doro 8035 through the remote setup
interface will in most cases take effect immediately, without the need for
any interaction from the Doro 8035 user.
How to activate Care service subscription
This can be done either from the Doro 8035 phone if the Doro 8035 user
will pay for the subscription, or from a helper's phone if the helper will
pay for the subscription.
From the helper's phone
1. From the
Doro Connect & Care, open the User's profile and fol-
low the on-screen instructions.
2. Tap Activate the Care services and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. The Doro 8035 user then has to Accept the Care service offer on
their phone.
4. Both the Doro 8035 user and the helper can now access additional
features via the services tab and the user profiles.
From the Doro 8035
1. From the
Doro Connect & Care, open the Services (available
through the menu key
if not visible on screen).
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Note! Only one care service subscription is needed even if the Doro
8035 user has multiple helpers.
3. Open the helper's profile in
Doro Connect & Care.
4. Tap the
settings icon and select Confirm and enable information
sharing.
