3. The Doro 8040 user then has to Accept the Care service offer on
their phone.
4. Both the Doro 8040 user and the helper can now access additional
features via the services tab and the user profiles.
From the Doro 8040
1. From the
Doro Connect & Care, open the Services (available
through the menu key
if not visible on screen).
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Note! Only one care service subscription is needed even if the Doro
8040 user has multiple helpers.
3. Open the helper's profile in
Doro Connect & Care.
4. Tap the
settings icon and select Confirm and enable information
sharing.
5. When done, tap

Note! Even when the Doro 8040 user selects to share information with a
helper, only the information available within the Connect & Care
application is shared. Through the remote setup interface the current
value for some settings can also be shared, but personal information on
the Doro 8040, that is not stored inside the Connect & Care application,
is still personal.
Note! To cancel a Care service subscription delete the profile that started
the subscription. You can then add the profile again if you wish to
continue using the free parts of Connect & Care or start a new
subscription from another profile.
My Doro Manager
Note! You need to have Internet access to use My Doro Manager.
Depending on how you use your phone, it can use up a lot of Internet
bandwidth really quickly. We strongly recommend that you contact your
mobile operator about data roaming rates before you use data roaming.
