FAULT FINDING
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring, proceed as follows:
1. Check that telephone is plugged into telephone socket and that all connections are
secure.
2. Check telephone operation in master telephone socket. There may be a fault with the
line in which case contact your Network Operator.
3. Check that total of REN numbers (see page 7) does not exceed 4.
4. If memory numbers are not dialled correctly, re-programme numbers and re-try.
5. If the telephone does not ring, check that the ringer switch on the rear of the phone
is not set to off.
GUARANTEE
The DORO X30 is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the
unlikely event of a fault during this period, please return it with a copy of the purchase
receipt to your retailer.
The guarantee does not extend to damage caused by misuse, negligence, excessive
voltage, faults on the telephone line or lightning.
This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
