Systemsdetermin esthatthereportedproblemwasnotcoveredbythewarranty,PurchasershallpayDotworkzSystemsforthecostofinvestigat ingtheproblematitsthenprevailingperincidentbillablerate.
Norepairorreplacementofan yProductorpartthereofshallextendthewarrantyperiodastotheentireProduct.Thesp ec ificwarrantyontherepai r edpartonlyshallbeineffectforaperiodofninety(90)
daysfollowingth erepairorreplacementofthatpartorth eremainingperiodoftheProductpartswarranty,whicheve risgreater

3. EXCEPTIONSTOLIMITEDWARRANTY:DotworkzSystemsshallhavenoliabilityorobligationtoPurchaserwithrespecttoanyProductrequiringserviceduringthewarrantyperiodwhichissubjectedto
anyofth efollowing:abu se,improperuse:negligence,accident,lightningdamageorotheracts ofGod(i.e.,hurricanes,earthqu akes),modification,failureoftheend‐usertofollowthedirectionsoutlinedin
theproductinstructions,failureoftheend‐usertofollowthemaintenanceproceduresrecommendedbytheInternationalSecu rityIndustryOrganization,writtenin productinstructions,orrecommendedinthe
servicemanualfortheProduct.Furthermore,DotworkzSystemsshallhavenoliabilitywhereascheduleisspec if iedforregularreplacementorma intenance orcleaningofcert ainparts(basedon usage)and
theend‐userhasfailedtofollowsuchschedu le;attemptedrep airbynon‐qualifiedpersonnel;operationoftheProductoutsideofthepublishedenvironmentalandel ectr ical parameters,orifsuchProduct's
originalidenti fic at ion(trademark,serialnumber)markingshavebee ndefaced,altered,orre m ov ed .DotworkzSy ste m sexcludesfromwarrantycoverageProductssoldASISand/orWITHALLFAULTSandexcludes
usedProductswhichhavenotbeensoldbyDotworkzSystemstothe Purchaser.Allsoftwarean daccompanyingdocumentationfurnishedwith,oraspartoftheProductisfurnish ed"ASIS"(i.e.,withoutany
warrantyofanykind),exceptwh ere expresslyprovidedotherwiseinanydocumentationorlic en se agreementfurn i she dwiththeProduct.
4. PROOFOFPURCHASE:Thepurchaser’sdatedbillofsalemustberetainedasevidenceofthedateofpu rchaseandtoestab lishwarranty eligibility.
